During the daytime you can simply fold the beds into a cupboard in order to get more livingspace. Besides the two beds has the apartment also a 2 persons sofa bed (black) and there is also foldable infant bed (on demand).
The apartment has also a small separate kitchen, bathroom and balcony (8 m2).

In the apartment you have to your disposal:
hotplate, microwave, iron, flatscreen TV (appr. 150 Cable/digital channels), radio/CD-player, DVD-player, Internet (1 GB data additional bookable for € 19,-), service for 6 pers., electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator, heating, coffee making machine,….
So as good as fully equipped.
In the building is also at your disposal a washing machine and a dryer (additional charge).

Although there are, in the apartment, plenty continental quilts and pillows it is necessary to bring your own sheets and towels (there are none in the apartment).

Per stay some additional costs will be charged.

€ 150,- security deposit; which will be paid back to you within 10 days after you departure reduced if case of missing/broking object in the apartment.
There is no surcharge for energy and rubbish.
