This is a two-room apartment, so with a bedroom and a living- (/bed-) room separated through a wall (concrete) and a door.
The apartment has also a (separate) kitchen, bathroom and a balcony (east, 16 m2).
In the bedroom you have a wardrobe and two single beds.
In the livingroom there is an additional sofa bed (2 pers.). Besides the sofa there is also a table, 6 chairs and at one armchair.
In the bathroom is a bath in wich you also can take a shower.

In the apartment you have to your disposal:
hotplate, microwave, iron, flatscreen TV (app. 150 cable/digital channels), radio/CD-player, DVD-player, Internet (MIFI, gratis), service for 6 pers., electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator, heating, coffee making machine,….
So as good as fully equipped.

In the building is also at your disposal a washing machine and a dryer (additional charge).

Although there are, in the apartment, plenty continental quilts and pillows it is necessary to bring your own sheets and towels (there are none in the apartment).

€ 40,- cleaning costs
€ 150,- security deposit; which will be paid back to you within 10 days after you departure reduced if case of missing/broking object in the apartment.
There is no surcharge for energy and rubbish.
